I am Religion
No need to scold me for the problems of the recent hatred. I did not start it. You did. I am omnipresent. I have grown from a medium of bringing people closer, to a medium of dividing them!! There is a little history that I would like to share with you.
I did not exist long long time ago. In fact I never ever existed at all, sad isn't it. I am present in your hearts but you make me do bad things just because I can't speak, till now. I tried to find the meaning to my name, I thought it would mean something like hate or kill, but to my utter surprise it means FAITH, BELIEF, HA HA. With such a beautiful name you sure make me do real bad things, what nonsense, I am loosing faith in myself now!! I came to the world to help people. When people had nothing to bind them together, I thought why not give them a reason to share. I gave them a notion of a supernatural being out there who is protecting you and seeing whether you do right or wrong things (Yes Santa Claus is also my creation, I created him to give kids a reason to believe in something not as great as God but as helpful as God but much more friendlier). People were conscious of the fact that someone was watching them and to put up their best behavior. They got a reason to believe, had faith in GOD and thus was I born.
As people couldn't travel far, the biggest mistake I did was create different GODs or reasons to believe; in different places so that the people will have something common to bind them together according to their place or region. Binding was ok, but then started the trouble, people who found out that the supernatural above is just in our hearts their heads began to work. They began to manipulate the people who still had the faith in the supernatural and began replacing Gods with themselves. They were the middle men of the Gods. Each such Faith groups had a few of these so called pure people, HA HA HA they sure crack me up!!! Their sole task was to manipulate me to their advantage. A few of them also suggested I needed an animal, or a human sacrifice, why in my sane sense would I want to sacrifice my most loved possessions. Still I kept quite, I can't speak, remember!! Some suggested that religion needed Money, me money, Ha Ha. Its my world I can have anything I want, what do I do with pieces of paper which was taken by killing again one of my loved possession, TREES.
They continued plundering the innocent, I was actually enraged to see this, so I gave new names to the same old faith just to bring the trust of Good people back (Smart of me, actually the biggest idiotic decision of all time). I got names like Hinduism (Here I had to give names to Natures gifts as GODS as it is one of the oldest known faiths, here again I failed as they started fighting which God is better, I stopped doing that after that), Christianity, Islam, Sikhism, Buddhism, etc (instead of giving religion to them, I should have given them brains instead). Since I have made up these name, I know all give the same principles of Goodness, peace and THE Spiritual power. Enter the idiots of FAITH (the so called pure people, he he he this always makes me laugh), they began to corrupt the innocent people who had only their faith to live with. You won't believe this, its funny in a way, they began telling people that our faith is the greatest and should be spread in all possible ways(The all possible ways includes killing people from any faith including their own). This is one of the perils of humans traveling (Faith collided, nice title for a film). Why don't the idiots understand, if their faith is the greatest, the insecurity of spreading it never comes.
Wait there is more to it, some converted and shifted to another faith, good atleast they have a faith (All are same remember, its me with different names). People began killing the people who forced (preached) other faiths on people and also those who BETRAYED(This absolutely does not arise, all are the same...) a faith for the other. Idiots, Dimwits, Duffers,(Sorry Mom told me not to use these as the supernatural is still looking, I too have a faith, everyone needs to have one) which faith would tell you to kill your brothers and rape your sisters?
I need Jehad, freedom from what? Freedom from your brothers and sisters who just happen to have a different set of ideologies. Do you kill your brother and few more people along with him just because he believes in his virtue of painting rather than your belief in stock markets. I am not saying stop using different names for me, just keep those names to yourself. Don't force your beliefs or ideologies on other faiths, thus reducing your own Faith and shattering others lives. Believe in one and only one thing called people. The supernatural thing I told was nothing but just you, me and everyone and everything existing in this heaven called EARTH. The day we realize that I would not call it supernatural but just plain Natural.
I have stated again and again (People do read the scriptures but do not practice what is said) that instead of Dharma your Karma is quintessential. Do your duty, duty to your parents (Look at people who do the Bomb blasts and riots, what about their parents you forsake them for your FAITH, nonsense). Come on, please see some reason here; which God would ever like you to kill people, the very own people who he has created. He would rather kill you and save a million. It's just that he is really busy nowadays as the number of Bad people is increasing and the good are getting killed. He is really complaining that he is not paid enough to do this kind of job. his contract did not mention having this work pressure and we are not helping it by having 134 million babies per year for a population of 6.6 billion (as of 2007, I read WIKIPEDIA as well!!)
People who don't believe in Gods, I respect them, there is no need to ridicule them just because they don't again believe in your faith, they also have a faith, In themselves. I may have many names and forms but what do I preach? Peace, brotherhood (With all including people from other faiths) and Sacrifice(for the good of others, not to kill others with a Human bomb). Don't do anything for me, do it for your brothers and sisters. Don't kill people, Kill your hatred. Then you would see your faith increasing as you would all be believing not in God but each other! At that time I would have a voice, to shout to all that I exist, I do exists not in the heads of a few people trying to manipulate me and hurting millions but in the hearts of all the people in this beautiful heaven called Earth.
There is also my sibling called caste, that another sad story!!
